Sign in and open My Tickets in your dashboard to view and download your tickets with QR codes for check-in.

Can I get a refund?

All ticket sales are final and non-refundable. Buyers may not cancel, return, or exchange tickets unless explicitly stated otherwise in the event listing or required by applicable law. Refund requests must be directed to the Event Partner (event organiser). 389 Tickets may facilitate communication but assumes no obligation to process, approve, or deny refunds. Is 389 Tickets the event organiser?

389 Tickets operates solely as an online ticket sales and resale platform. We are not an event organiser, promoter, venue operator, or producer.

How do I become an event organizer?

Visit Become an Organizer to set up your profile, create an event, add ticket types, and submit for approval before your event goes live.

What currency are tickets sold in?

389 Tickets uses MWK (Malawi Kwacha) for online ticket sales and organizer payouts unless otherwise agreed in writing.
