Refund Policy

389 Tickets is a subsidiary of 389 Group Ltd.

389 Tickets operates solely as a ticket sales and resale platform. We do not issue refunds unless required by law or explicitly stated in the event listing.

All refund requests must be directed to the Event Partner (event organiser). 389 Tickets may facilitate communication but is under no obligation to process or approve refunds.

1. What this means for buyers

• We cannot issue exchanges or refunds after a purchase has been made, except as set out above.
• Tickets that are lost, stolen, damaged, or destroyed are not eligible for replacement or refund. Please keep your tickets in a safe place.
• Changing your mind, inability to attend, or travel issues do not qualify for a refund.

2. Event Partner responsibility

• 389 Tickets sells tickets on behalf of Event Partners. The Event Partner is responsible for the event and for any refund decisions relating to their listing.
• If you believe a refund may be available under the event listing or applicable law, contact the Event Partner directly. You may also reach us at legal@389tickets.com or via our Contact Us page so we can help facilitate communication where possible.
• Where an Event Partner authorizes a refund and 389 Tickets agrees to process it, refunds are returned to the original payment method used at checkout where possible.

3. Cancelled, postponed, or rescheduled events

• If an event is cancelled, postponed, or rescheduled by the Event Partner, any refund entitlement is determined by the Event Partner and applicable law—not by 389 Tickets acting as organizer.
• If an event is postponed or rescheduled, your ticket will typically remain valid for the new date unless the Event Partner states otherwise.
• Postponement or rescheduling alone does not automatically entitle you to a refund unless the Event Partner authorizes one or the event is ultimately cancelled.
• It is your responsibility to check whether an event has been cancelled, postponed, or rescheduled.

4. Force majeure

389 Tickets, Event Partners, and venues are not liable for failure or delay in performing obligations where caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, severe weather, epidemic or pandemic, war, terrorism, civil unrest, government action or restriction, strikes or labour disputes, power or network failures, or other force majeure events. In such cases, cancellation, postponement, or modification of an event does not create an automatic right to a refund from 389 Tickets, unless required by applicable law or explicitly stated in the event listing.

5. Platform and booking fees

Unless otherwise agreed in writing between 389 Tickets and the Event Partner, or required by applicable law, platform, booking, and payment processing fees are non-refundable—including when an event is cancelled, postponed, or rescheduled.

6. Organizer payouts

Where an Event Partner-authorized refund is processed through 389 Tickets, it may reduce the Event Partner's net balance. If a refund is issued after a payout has been sent, the amount may be deducted from future payouts or invoiced to the organizer.
